Ganesha Flow

Inspired by Genesha’s strength, this mudra flow will tap deep into our roots and find our powerful connection to the earth. In this progressive heart opening class we will draw energy into the midline and work towards Ustrasana, inviting our internal flame to burn away obstacles to find freedom and wisdom.

Physical Intensity: Medium – suitable for beginners

La Verna Room – Sun, 9 am (75 mins)

Retreat with Yin

This Yin practice will explore the connection of yoga to our digestive system focusing on our stomach, spleen, liver and kidney meridians. Using principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Nutrition we will unblock, stimulate and balance our body’s meridian lines to clear unwanted energy and increase the flow of “life force” into our organs. In the stillness of our floor poses we will engage our “rest and digest” nervous system, reducing stress and finding mental and emotional balance.

Physical Intensity: Low – suitable for beginners

Assisi Hall – Sun, 12.30 am (75 mins)
