In a leap of faith, we will invite Hanuman’s grace to move through us and ask for compassion, resilience and the unlimited power that resides within. Inclusive of modifications, this progressive heart and hamstring opening class builds to the fun and challenging Hanumanasana Pose through unique and intelligent sequencing.
