Mindfulness Meditation

Learn this simple technique of body sensing and breath awareness and experience quietening of the thinking mind, stillness in the body, and a gentle softening and opening into the deep peace of the aware mind. The Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation technique was developed at The Gawler Foundation by Ian Gawler and Paul Bedson and is ideal for beginners and experienced meditation practitioners.
