Julie has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She is grateful for the teachings of yoga and the opportunity to help others bring a little yoga into their lives through a careful breath and centered practice. Julie runs a Yoga Studio, Yoga at Wallabi, in the Manning.
The pelvis, the centre of our body can be viewed as the still point around which the movement of the arms, legs, head and tail takes place. It can be our centre of stability, power and grounding and can also hold stuck emotions.
This is a class to bring awareness to the connection of the pelvis and the whole of our physical body. Awareness of, and presence in the physical centre can help to bring us closer to a centered and calm mind.
