Allison is a Vedic Practitioner holding an Advanced Diploma in Ayurveda and an Advanced Diploma in Yoga. Allison’s special interest is in how the extension of Ayurvedic daily cleansing regimes, together with the practices of mindfulness and meditation combine to have major positive effects on the physical body and the mind within the modern living environment.
Allison is a wife, mother of four, grandmother, practitioner and business woman. These roles support her to have a truly grounded perspective on life. Whether attending to clients within her clinic, mentoring, teaching or presenting to groups or retreats, her calm presence and use of imagery and analogies interwoven with Vedic philosophies, brings an easy understanding of how these ancient practices may be introduced into daily living.
