Community Activities in the Grounds
Throughout the weekend, ticket-holders, friends, family and anyone interested in natural health & living can come along and enjoy a range of free community activities in the grounds. The Natural Health & Living Expo will open its doors on Saturday, 2 September at 12 noon. Head to the Expo for the latest information on how to be well naturally, yoga equipment and yoga wear, and lost more. Chat to natural health practitioners or even have a treatment on the spot. Free talks and taster yoga classes might inspire you to make some healthy changes in your life and/or explore different yoga styles. The Expo will be open from 9 am to 3 pm on Sunday.
Scattered through the grounds you will be able to participate in lots of free activities, including drumming, craft, creation of a gratitude mandala and more.
Wholesome food & yummy treats will be provided all weekend by Angie Cowen and her team from Love Life And Gluten Free.
Ekam will open its doors for the first time to families with kids on Saturday, 2 September. School-aged kids can join their parents (ticket-holders only) in ticketed classes on this day. There will also be yoga for kids in the grounds, nature play with The Natureschool, craft activities and more.
