Join Jodie for an asana session delving into how the distribution of weight and action in the feet (the foundation of our body), translates to balance and movement from the core. The art and science of bringing lightness into the joints and balance to your yoga practice and mind.
In this session you will become familiar with the balance of your feet on the earth, their relationship to the workings of the legs, and the pelvis. You will explore the deep core muscles, diaphragmatic breathing techniques to activate the core, and the work of the psoas to stabilize the trunk and nervous system.
